  1. How do I cancel my membership?

    • Sign into your account and go to the "Manage Subscription" section of the newsletter website and follow the steps to cancel. Once you cancel, you will still have access to all of the membership perks until the date your subscription expires. After that, you won't be charged again. No refunds are available.

  2. How do I access my account on the website?

  3. I am a Freelance Opportunities! member, and I can't see the premium content on the website.

    • Double check to see if you are logged in with the email address that you used to pay for your membership.

  4. Can I change the email address my membership is connected to?

    • There is no easy way to change the email address for a paid subscription. Your best option is to cancel the membership under the old email address, and sign up as a paid member with your preferred email address.

  5. Can I change the credit card used to pay for my membership?

    • To manage your subscription, simply login to the website and navigate to the "[Manage Subscription]" section. Click on the button labelled "Manage Subscription,” which will open a new browser tab and take you to the billing page. The billing page is the place to handle any payment information, including changing your credit card.

  6. What is the name of this newsletter?

    • The name of this newsletter is “Freelance Opportunities!” Like Panic! At The Disco, it includes an exclamation point.

  7. Am I able to gift a membership?

    • Yes. On our upgrade page, you can select the Gift option, select the plan you like to purchase as a gift and follow the prompt.

  8. Can I buy a membership for more than one person or my company?
